Voiden takes the opposite approach — free, open source, works offline, and doesn't collect telemetry. What caught my attention is how it combines API specs, tests, and documentation into a single executable markdown file.

What stood out to me is how Voiden combines API specs, testing, and documentation into a single executable Markdown file — Git-native, with reusable blocks and JS/Python/Shell scripting.

Voiden treats API work more like real development work, not something trapped inside another SaaS dashboard. Offline, open source, no accounts, no telemetry, no lock-in — for developers who care about ownership.

A great alternative to Postman is Voiden! It has a very different approach to API tooling.
